Vinyl Flooring In Basement
This is flooring that we put in a newly finished basement. This type of flooring is a great choice for a basement, if there would happen to be any kind of moisture issue it would not damage the flooring. This flooring comes in 3′ long pieces 6″ wide, so it can easily be laid about anywhere. The finished look resembles that of wood flooring, and these floors are also durable and very easy to clean. This flooring is also a warmer alternative than tile, and is great in high traffic areas..
Tile Shower
Being a contractor can sometimes be fun and rewarding when it is in a new bathroom like this. This bathroom turned out awesome when it was done. The homeowners made a very good choice on the tile they choose. They decided to go with 12 x 18 inch tile and we staggered them, around the top we used 2 x 2 accent tile to dress things up a little, the same tile were used for the shower floor as well..
Bathroom Vanity
On this construction project the home owner choose to use a little more fashionable vanity and sink. The top mount bowl is now the new and in way to go, and looks great too. This bathroom also has tile floors and a tile shower, everything looks great..
The was an old barn that was leaking bad and the back wall was beginning to rot and cave in, so the owners decided to restore the barn. During the construction process of this building we put purloins on the roof and new roof steel, we put all new soffit and fascia all the way around and side steel and windows on the north side which was in bad shape. The soffits and steel really dressed up this barn and made it look really nice. The high-lift was a great help on this construction project..
This was another building on the same site as the barn, this was a 60 plus year old building that was almost in bad enough shape to tear it down. The owners decided that it would be a lot cheaper to salvage the building than have to tear it down and replace it. In this construction project we had to replace a bunch of rotten wood before the steel was applied. As you can see the roof is rounded which made everything a little trickier to keep straight. Now the building has no leaks and once again is fully functional for a fraction of the cost of a new building..
