Asphalt Roofing Laminated Shingles
This house had older 3 tab shingles on it and was beginning to leak. We first tore all of the existing shingles off the roof and disposed of them, next we replaced a couple pieces of plywood that were rotten, while the sheets were off we discovered there was a broken truss so we jacked that back up and reinforced it. We always go through every sheet of plywood on the roof and make sure they are nailed down securely. Next we put all the valley tin down and put the snow and ice shield on the bottom 3 feet of the house. We Then put synthetic felt on which is a better product than the traditional tar paper. Next we install new laminated shingles the roof, after a complete clean up the job is complete.
Jacuzzi Tub and Tile Surround
On this construction project we totally gutted the whole bathroom. A new jacuzzi tub was put in and a tile surround was put on the walls. The tile surround is a rather inexpensive way to add a little extra “wow” to the bathroom. This is also a good time to run new water lines and put in new fixtures because everything behind the tile will be covered up.
Vinyl Siding
This house located in Storm Lake looked like a real eye sore. First on this construction project we cut all the showing rafter tails then put all new soffit and fascia all the way around. Next with the break we went around the house and wrapped all the windows and caulked them. This makes the house so you will never have to paint again. We then put dow fan fold insulation on and then we finished up the project by putting the new double 4″ vinyl siding..
Tile Shower
Here is a fancy tile shower with lots of accent tiles..
This construction project was a complete basement finish. This started from the ground up the wiring and plumbing was done and then the insulation was installed. Then we hung the sheet rock which we taped, mudded, and textured. The paint was applied to the walls and then we put on the trim, on this basement they decided to put on crown molding which just puts the icing on the cake and finishes things off beautifully. We then installed the vinyl flooring and put down the baseboard to finish the project.
Bamboo Hardwood Floor
Bamboo hardwood flooring that’s great for the environment and looks great too!
On this construction project we are putting down bamboo flooring. This is a little more upper end flooring to use but is beautiful when put down. On this project we removed the existing flooring in the kitchen, dinning room, and bathroom and installed the new bamboo hardwood flooring. This flooring is a little softer than the traditional oak flooring so it will scratch and scar a little easier, so it is not recommended for everyone..
Oak Hardwood Floor
On this construction project we put down true 3/4 inch hard wood flooring. This is probably one of my favorite floors to put down. They are initially a little spendy to put down but in the long run is a good investment. The hardwood floors will last nearly forever and are abs0lutely beautiful. I think there is a place for this flooring in everyone’s kitchen or high traffic room. They are not nearly as hard as tile, so your dishes will not break as easy, they are simple to clean, and are warm on your feet..
